Stimulated Financial Education
Introduced Corporate Governance training providing young adults with training and knowledge to assist in strengthening the recruiting process for boards.
Introduced the National Youth Pitch Competition since 2022 to promote financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and innovative thinking among secondary school student entrepreneurs.
Introduced and designated Financial Literacy month since 2022 (November) to raise awareness of the population as it pertains to Taxes, Entrepreneurship, Homeownership, Marketing, Investing, Financing for personal or business interests, and innovation.
Launched the Learn Smart Program in collaboration with SMDF offering free access to online educational opportunities through Coursera for residents.

On April 11, 2024, the Governments of Sint Maarten, Curacao, and the Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten signed the Outline Agreement Resolution ENNIA, protecting 30,000 vulnerable policyholders' pensions. This strategic resolution ensures no pension cuts, secures future capital investments, and promises 50 years of dividend payments, marking a significant financial achievement for Sint Maarten.

Collecting Outstanding Balances
• Established a task force in 2022 to collect outstanding erfpacht (land lease) fees, resulting in the collection of over 1.5 million in arrears to date.
